Greek Meatballs

Straight from Dori’s mouth to this site:

“okay DONC (donc is a french way of saying “ok, here we go, let’s get started”) the meatballs: chop up onions, garlic, and mix them together with the meat (beef, turkey, lamb)…add some mint, parsley, feta cheese, salt, pepper, herbs de provence and lemon juice….also, at the end, add an egg for consistency…also you can roll them in bread crumbs…..soooo you can do them on the stove or the oven, then i had it with a side of whole wheat penne…but orzo would be so good”
